My favorite way to use good-quality olive oil and balsamic vinegars are on salads, fresh out of the bottle. I also like to drizzle them on cooked potatoes, soft cheeses and use them as a dip for crusty breads.
Nothing beats dipping good crusty Italian bread in olive oil. Yum!
Hi Camilla,
Thanks so much for offering this delicioso giveaway! I "liked" ;)
I love to use vinegar and olive oil on top of a simple salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, salt and pepper. Perfection.
My fav thing to do with olive oil is as a dipper for rustic bread!

I love drizzling extra virgin olive oil over pasta with fresh tomatoes, fresh basil and Parmesan. You also can't beat it mixed with fresh herbs and red pepper flakes as a crusty bread dip. I've also had a delicious olive oil ice cream that I plan on making someday. I'll have to add that to my "To Do" list.
Lovely giveaway Camilla!
I love both in the summer with home grown tomatoes, basil and mozzarella cheese.
Liked both on facebook
My favorite thing to do with olive oil is to make a salad with goat cheese, spinach, cranberries, walnuts, green onions, fresh basil and olive oil and balsamic drizzled on top. Yumm!!! It was my lunch today and about every other day LOL
Love to use them in salad dressing or bread dipping...mmmmm!
I love olive oil on vegetables before they go on the grill. My husband's favorite is to rub a sirloin before he grills it!
I liked O & Co on FB--and YUM!
I'm actually not on facebook, so I can't do that part, hope it doesn't disqualify me :)
This is such a great giveaway! I most enjoy high quality extra virgin olive oil on warm crusty bread - mmmm :)
Really good OO and really good balsamic go best with fresh baked bread! I love to use OO on salads, grilled veggies and in almost all of my cooking. This is a great giveaway, thanks for having it!
Favorite would be a meal of a simple pasta, thinly sliced garlic, basil or spinach chiffonade, maybe diced fresh tomatoes drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. This would be served with a Tomato and Basil Salad sprinkled with Balsamic Vinegar and extra virgin olive oil and a fresh loaf of some Rustic Bread dipped in Balsamic Vinegar, and more extra virgin olive oil. Perhaps an Olive Oil cake for a parting shot.
Thank you for this giveaway!
I love O&Co's products! My favorite is their balsamic vinegar.. whether it's drizzled over salad or used to carmelize onions... or drizzled over grape tomatoes and which are then roasted... the flavor can't be beat! Fabulous giveaway!
A great balsamic vinegar makes a caprese salad only the best and suits as a perfect part of a homemade dressing for salads!
I like to use balsamic on tomatoes from the garden and fresh mozzarella!
Liked on both! I love olive oil and balsamic on fresh bread, home grown tomatoes, drizzled on pasta... oh the possibilities are endless! I've evened reduced down some balsamic vinegar and drizzled it on ice cream.
I use olive oil $ balsamic as the basis for many dressings. I also use oilve oil for most all of my cooking.
I can sit with a bowl of olvies while I am reading or watching TV.
Thanks for a great giveawaay.

Hi-
I like to drizzle balsamic vinegar on a chilled strawberry soup for an elegant, refreshing summer dessert!
Cheers.
My favorite way to use olive oil and balsamic is for the simple dipping of the bread with parmesan.

I love to use a nice balsamic to marinate steaks for sandwiches. YUM! The olive oil I like to use in salads or for dipping bread.
*fingers crossed*
I liked your blog and O&CO!
My favorite ways to use olive oil are in pesto, and for making a garlic dip for crusty bread. And balsamic vinegar just begs for bruchetta! Thanks for hosting such a nice giveaway.
Love this giveaway! I like to drizzle olive oil over heirloom tomatoes sprinkled with fresh basil.
I have 2 favorite ways to use Olive oil (cant pick my most fave). 1. As a dip for fresh homemade bread. 2. In my homemade pine nut pesto (Love to give that as gifts)
Sally :-)
I "like" both EC and O & Co on Facebook.
I love to use olive oil on top of soups for that finishing touch, and balsamic in bruschetta with tomatoes, basil and garlic. Mmmm!!
i'm not on facebook... but i love my a good olive oil and balsamic on freshly baked bread out of my oven :)
I liked! Balsamic vinegar sprinkled on Grilled Asparagus, hands-down. And I love good Olive Oil on pretty much anything. I especially appreciate it on angel hair spaghetti with spinach, tomato, garlic, and parmesan cheese(and a little bit of salt.)
I "Like" both facebook pages (Tanya Riley)
I love to use olive oil and seasonings to make rubs and marinades for chicken.

I've liked both on facebook (if you wish to know who then send me an email :)).
My favourite way to eat Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar is to pour both of them over a chicken salad which has red pepper, bacon, gruyere cheese, walnuts, and avocado.
Our favorite way to use good olive oil is in a simple oil and vinegar salad dressing.
Over a fresh mozzarella, tomato, and basil salad, yum!
Nothing better than crusty bread with an amazing oil/vinegar dip!
I love using olive oil and vinegar as salad dressing! And olive oil with light seasoning, plus French bread is one of my favorite appetizers.
I love to use great olive oil with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar over fresh mozzarella and vine ripe tomatoes, and fresh basil of course! Yum!
Thank you for all your wonder links, recipes, and blog. I use a lot of olive oil and would love to try some of these.
What a lovely giveaway...I just stumbled across your site and like just about everyone on here. It's so nice to find someone who cooks more or less like I do.
great olive oil? It's got to be in a dijon mustard salad dressing.
Reading all the previous comments has totally thrown me for a loop! I love good olive oil and balsamic in so many forms! On grilled veggies or crusty bread is at the top of my list though.
Like most have said, we love to use them on salads. We make all of our own dressings... no corn syrup sweetened dressings for us! But we also love to drizzle them on tomato and mozzarella, or tomato and cucumber salads. Balsamic vinegar, slightly reduced, is also a great compliment to most fish. We love it over salmon!
I love using good olive oil in a honey olive oil cake with drenched berries that I've made.
I use olive oil for absolutely everything. We don't use dairy so it works as a great substitute for that, too. I love a good balsamic vinegar on salads.
I thought I'd already liked your page! Well, it's done now.
I recently made balsamic vinegar/non-Oreo ice cream for the second time. It sounds weird (which is why I had to try it), but it's spectacular! It may not seem like it, but the quality does matter for this: reducing the balsamic vinegar seemed to emphasize the weaknesses of my the cheaper (more usual) vinegar that I used this time.
This is also my favorite use, but that might be because I'm in the mood for ice cream right now and there's still a little bit left in the freezer...
Mmm...I love good bread dipped in olive oil, and I love eggs fried in it too. What ISN'T good in olive oil?!
I liked both pages. Thanks for the give away!
Drizzle on veggies prior to grilling
We've been making our own bread and using olive oil mixed with balsamic vinegar, herbs, and parm cheese. The best part? My 3 and 5 year old both love it, and my 5yo even helps me mix it! My secret to crusty homemade bread is to through a few ice cubes in the bottom of the hot oven when you bake it-yum!
Our latest olive oil obsession has been truffle oil - in risotto, a little bit on some french bread with a delicious cheese..... YUM!
I love to use oilve oil in both dressings and when roasting or grilling vegetables.
My favorite is crusty bread drenched in olive oil!
Love both olive oil and balsamic as base for a variety of dressings on fresh greens!
I love strawberries marinated in balsamic vinegar. Simply add a tablespoon of sugar to a half cup of balsamic vinegar, mix, and let sit. Add sliced strawberries and let them marinate. They're delicious by themselves, or added to yogurt or vanilla ice cream. My favorite way to enjoy them is served on top of a piece of cinnamon toast (made with a nice slice of italian or french bread), topped with homemade whipped cream, toasted pine nuts, and fresh basil. Yummy! :)
my favorite way.. ohhh let me count them, in salad dressing with frsh garlic and lemon juice, to make garlic confit then use the flavored olive oil to make croutons or to add to roasted veggies or even to make rice. Add the Vinager to fresh garden tomatoes and some fleur du sal and your set!
I like it simple...drizzle Olive oil in Salad or dip sourdough bread with OO and cheese...
HHmmm..would love to taste all the flavorful oils...hope I can win..:)
